Delicious Keto Cream Cheese Pancakes (LOW CARB & GLUTEN FREE)
Each Pancake is only 4 net carbs per serving.
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Lakanto- Monkfruit sweetener
- Lakanto syrup
- Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet to medium heat with coconut oil or ghee.
- Serve pancakes topped with yogurt of choice, hemp seeds and syrup!
