DELICIOUS LOW CARB BREAD (Keto, Paleo, Gluten Free, Grain Free)

This recipe can be made in the microwave or oven. It’s super easy to make and most importantly it’s delicious.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
5 large eggs
1/4 cup MCT oil
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Oven:
Bake at 350F in an 8.5" loaf pan lined with parchment paper for 50 minutes.

Microwave:
Place in a microwave safe bowl that’s lined with parchment or coconut oil. Place in microwave for 2-3 minutes.


You can store the bread in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to three months. Enjoy loves 💕
