Vegan Coconut Soup

Gloomy days call for soup! This is the easiest soup recipe ever. Omit the brown rice noodles and it’s Keto friendly.

VEGAN COCONUT SOUP INGREDIENTS: 

1 Can Organic Coconut Milk 

1 Can Organic Diced tomatoes 

1 bag of Wholefoods 365 stir fry blend (frozen) 

Lemongrass 

Juice of one lime 

Himalayan pink salt (to taste) 

Black Pepper (to taste)

Garlic (to taste)

1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder 

Cilantro (as much as you like) 

Brown Rice Noodles (optional) Omit if you are keto.
